Receipts that recognise themselves
Monexit identifies the vendor automatically from the receipt header — logo, colours, and header layout are stored as a visual fingerprint. The more receipts you scan, the more reliably the software recognises repeat suppliers and pre-places selections across the header area. You mark the values in the receipt body yourself, and the integrated OCR reads the text inside your selection.
Structured line-items from every invoice
Draw columns and rows across an invoice table — Monexit extracts each line separately and stores it as reportable data. Because every invoice has its own layout, you define the table structure per document and stay in full control of how each cell is mapped.
Every bank account in one place
Connect as many bank accounts as you need and import statements from Swiss banks such as Raiffeisen, UBS, or cantonal banks via CSV. Cash balances, transfers between accounts, and every movement appear in one tabular view.
Receipts and bank transactions find each other
Monexit compares every captured receipt against the movements on your bank accounts and suggests the matching transaction. One click links the receipt to the actual debit — no more digging through statements to reconcile what you bought against what your bank charged.
Your wealth, recomputed in real time
A collapsible top panel shows your total net worth live, computed from every connected account. Add your own analysis widgets with filtered totals, time ranges, or single-account summaries — each panel is arrangeable and fully customisable.
Separate profiles for separate worlds
Keep private expenses and business bookkeeping in fully isolated profiles. Each profile has its own accounts, receipts, and reports — switching between them is a single click.
Native performance, fully offline
Monexit is built natively in C++ and Qt, not layered on top of browser-based frameworks. Instant startup, minimal RAM, no background sync. Your data stays on your computer, with no cloud connection during use.
