Why is Monexit only available for Windows?
Monexit is currently developed exclusively for Windows because the vast majority of personal computer users worldwide operate on Windows-based systems. Focusing development on a single platform allows a more refined, stable, and feature-complete product than cross-platform compromises usually permit.
Will Monexit be available for macOS?
There are no concrete plans to develop a macOS version of Monexit at present. User demand and market conditions are continuously evaluated; macOS support may be considered in the future if interest emerges and resources permit.
Will Monexit be available for Linux?
A Linux AppImage release is under consideration. Due to the highly fragmented Linux ecosystem, any future Linux release would be provided on an as-is basis without guaranteed compatibility across every distribution.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@monexit.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Deletion is permanent and irreversible — access to any active license is lost and no refunds are issued for unused license periods. Requests are processed within 30 business days.
Where is my financial data stored?
All financial data is stored exclusively on your local device. Monexit operates entirely offline and no personal financial information is transmitted to or stored on Monexit servers. Only account credentials are stored on Monexit servers, protected by industry-standard hashing and transport security.
How do software updates work?
Updates are delivered through the Monexit Launcher. When an update is available, the launcher notifies you and provides the option to download and install it. Updates are not mandatory but are recommended.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, and TWINT for Swiss customers. All payment processing is handled by Payrexx, a certified Swiss payment provider. No payment card details are stored on Monexit servers.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the Monexit software has never been downloaded. Once any download is initiated, the transaction becomes permanently ineligible for refund. A CHF 3.00 processing fee is deducted from approved refunds. Refund requests are limited to 2 per rolling 30-day period and 3 lifetime per account. Full details on the Terms of Service page.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Personal information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. The only exceptions are service providers essential to operations, such as the payment processor, who are contractually bound to protect user data. See the Privacy Policy for complete details.
